A lovely all-in-one pattern for boys and girls. It is pretty enough for a girl, but not too lacy for a boy. It is knitted in a mock cable stitch - very easy and no cabling! The all-in-one buttons at the back and between the legs; it has matching bootees, and a bonnet for girls, and a hat for boys. The girls version is knitted with eyelet lace inserted to add frills!

19-20 inch Doll/newborn baby

250g double knitting yarn (US: light worsted)

3.75 mm needles (UK 9, US 5)

3mm needles (UK11, no US equivalent use US3)

16-18 inch Doll/prem/small newborn baby

150g of 4-ply yarn (US: sport)
