PRIVACY POLICY

At Claire's Baby & Doll Handknit Designs your privacy is very important. Information  which is voluntarily submitted during the order process is never sold, rented, shared or released to anyone without the permission of the subscriber, the only exception being that of regulatory law or governing body. Any information that you provide is for the sole use of record keeping, tax & billing purposes only.  

Records of all orders and emails sent are kept also for the convenience of the customer. Should any patterns previously purchased by a customer be lost or damaged you can contact me and I will email a replacement copy so there is no need to repurchase the pattern.  Should you request that your personal information be deleted all records of previous purchases will be erased.  Any information provided but not limited to credit card & other personal information is kept strictly confidential using firewalls & other security measures at its physical address to prevent the loss, misuse or alternation of all information.

If you have subscribed to the mailing list you will periodically receive updates from me regarding offers & new pattern availability.  You can unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe link which is at the bottom of every newsletter.

Changes to Privacy Policy
